Our FIRST Robotics Competition team does a lot for our community through various types of volunteer work. And smack dab in the middle of our competition season, we have an opportunity to help out.
Tomorrow morning we are getting together to help at the Gilda's Club Indoor Winter Walk & Family Carnival. This event is to help raise money for Gilda's Club in Grand Rapids which is a cancer support community. Our team will be helping run some of the carnival rides. Really they're large inflatable "bouncy" things that kids love to jump on and twist their ankles.
Anyhow, our team will be there bright and early tomorrow to help them meet their goals.
