Tonight we had our first meeting after our first competition. There were a lot of congratulations, but it quickly turned serious. We have a lot of things to work on for the next 4 weeks and we can't let ourselves fall into a state of over confidence. We also started a fund raising campaign using Little Caesars Pizza kits.
Our chances look real good for qualifying for the Michigan State Championship, and we've already started looking toward the road to Atlanta. Fund raising is going to be a hot topic for the next 5 weeks.
The programming team will be meeting tomorrow and Wednesday to begin working out several issues we discovered in Traverse City. We didn't have any huge problems, just some things we noticed that might help us when we compete in West Michigan.
The rest of the team will convene next week on Tuesday to discuss scouting, our Chairman's Award presentation, pit design, button making and more programming.
Team 904 has certainly taken a step up the ladder this year and it feels good.
