My latest poll asked the question: "Do you think our economic situation is adversely impacting FIRST teams?"
Overwhelmingly you answered that it is bad for FIRST. Over 88% of voters agree with me, that the state of our economy has been bad for FIRST teams. Our team was primarily sponsored by GM, and well, they're not doing so well these days. Our budget is a fraction of what it has been; we're looking at competing in 2 (Michigan District) events and are wondering if we can get the $$ to go to our State Championship. The sad thing is, if we make it to the State Championship and do well enough to qualify for the World Championship in Atlanta, right now, we don't have the resources to go...
